The Strickland Project

The Strickland Project is being built in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. The home will total 2400 square feet and will include 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on a crawl space foundation. Many custom options and upgrades have been added to this project including 16-foot vaulted great room ceilings, a large custom kitchen with Z-LINE appliances, a large 7’ primary shower, a dog wash station in the mudroom, custom brick masonry designs, and a 16-foot tall 25’ x 25’ attached carport finished with 8” x 8” posts. This project has an estimated completion date of September 2025.
