The Canterbury Project
The Canterbury Project was built in State Road, North Carolina. Upon completion, this Barndominium Shop House totaled 3,022 square-feet under roof (1,454 square feet heated) and featured 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The living quarters are on the top floor while the heated and cooled garage is on the main level. This project was completed in October 2026.
