Designed in collaboration with Sal Interlandi of Interlandi & Associates, this 4,797-square-foot Transitional home is thoughtfully positioned on a 20-acre farm with sweeping views of Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock. Offering 7,126 square feet under roof, the home combines timeless architecture with modern functionality. The home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a sunroom, office/flex space, and an upstairs living area with a spacious 20-by-20 foot bonus room.

The exterior features graphite DiamondKote board-and-batten siding, contemporary brown and white brick, and Toasted Sand Trex decking. Inside, a dramatic two-story foyer showcases a floating staircase framed by oversized Pella windows, leading to a striking second-floor catwalk connecting the home’s two wings. The open-concept living area is anchored by coffered ceilings and a gas fireplace, while the kitchen includes semi-custom cabinetry, a leathered Paramount Oro Quartzite island, a 48-inch Z-LINE gas range, and a walk-through butler’s pantry with a wet bar.
