The home will total 1550 square feet and will include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on an Ideal Walls walk-out basement foundation, a 16-foot vaulted ceiling in the great room, and a 2-story patio deck. The walk-out basement will be 1550 square feet unfinished. This project has an estimated completion date of February 2026.
