The Barham Project

The Barham Project was built in Thurmond, North Carolina. The cottage-style home was 3,518 square-feet under roof (1,550 square-feet heated) and included 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on an Ideal Walls (pre-cast wall system) full walk-out basement foundation, a 14-foot vaulted ceiling in the great room, and front/rear Trex composite deck. The walk-out basement totaled 1,550 square feet unfinished. This project was completed in February 2026.
