The home included 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, a second floor bonus room (360 +/- square feet), a 2,000 +/- square foot full walk-out basement with a Superior Wall System, a home generator system, a 2-story patio deck, and a rear golf cart/mower garage. This project was completed in August 2025.
